Originally from Atlanta, GA, Andrew Swartzberg has called Oklahoma home since 2006. He entered active duty Air Force in December of 2001 and was first stationed at Beale AFB, CA. He left Beale AFB in 2004 to Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL where he would receive his commission. In 2006, he was stationed at Tinker AFB, OK where he was assigned to the 963rd AACS. He deployed in 2007 with the 963rd EAACS in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM where he flew over 350 combat mission hours on the E-3 AWACS.
After returning from his deployment, He began law school in 2008 while still on Active Duty and was Honorably Discharged from the Air Force in 2011 with nearly 10 years of service and nearly 1,000 flight hours. He practices many types of law including as a divorce attorney, military divorce lawyer, child support attorney, child custody attorney, guardianship and adoption lawyer, and other niches. He has a special fondness in his heart as a military divorce lawyer and even gives military veterans a 20% discount.
Andrew Swatzberg graduated Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in December of 2011, months after leaving active duty. He was an active member of the Law Review, an elected member of the Student Bar Association, and on the Dean’s List for many semesters. In 2008, He earned an MBA in Human Resources Management and International Business Graduating Summa Cum Laude. Currently, he is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court.
