General Information

My name is Andrew R. Swartzberg, and along with my team, I want to thank you for taking the time to respond to our correspondence.  The matter at hand is extremely time sensitive and a phone call or meeting with us will cost you nothing.  It has come to our attention that you are entitled to a significant amount of money, and we want to help put that back into your hands.

• We will tell you what we believe you can recover.
• We will explain our fee agreement and how we operate.  
• We will explain what we will need from you to authorize us to assist you.

Once we have answered your questions and concerns and you are ready to move forward, then:

• We will walk you through how you can authorize our firm and our lead recovery agent to immediately go to work on your behalf.  
• We will obtain the necessary authorization and execute a fee agreement.
• We will immediately go to work for you.  
• We will ensure what we have found belongs to you after final checks.
• We will compile necessary documents to verify your identity.
• We will submit all recovery applications, forms, verifications, and pay all administrative costs and fees on your behalf associated with recovery.
• We will recover your assets once all forms have been processed.
• We will receive payment.
• We will retain our fee pursuant to our fee agreement.
• We will you directly in a manner of your choosing.
